The data this site collects, and why.
Updated
Short version
Nomix operates and publishes this site. It collects only what you send when you book a demo. The site runs no analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural trackers, sets no cookies, and we do not sell personal information.
Demo requests
A demo request contains your name, work email address and company, and the role and note you choose to add. We also store a generated reference, a request key, a request fingerprint, the site's domain, the time of submission and the time our team was notified. The request key and fingerprint stop a retried submission from creating a second request; they are not a profile of your activity.
We use a demo request to arrange the demo, run it and follow up with you about Nomix. Each request is stored in our request database and a copy is emailed to our team inbox.
How long we keep it
An automatic daily job deletes each demo request from the request database 24 months after you send it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Abuse prevention
The demo form runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-verification check that loads from Cloudflare only once you start filling in the form. When you send the form, we pass the verification token and your connecting Internet Protocol address to Cloudflare to confirm the check. Rate limiting counts requests by your connecting address; that address is not stored with your demo request.
Infrastructure
The site, its request database, bot verification and email delivery run on Cloudflare, which processes this data on our behalf. The site's fonts and scripts are served from this domain, so loading a page sends nothing to any other party.
Browser storage
The demo form keeps its request key in your browser's session storage, so a retried submission does not create a duplicate request. Your browser clears it when the session ends.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data connected to your email address, or for its correction or deletion. Write to privacy@nomixhq.com.
