AI-Native Decisioning Platform for Compliance

Stay ahead of compliance instead of chasing it.

Our AI agents do the work, decide what your policy allows, and show the evidence and the rule behind every decision. We start with business onboarding (KYB) and extend across every compliance workflow.

Compliance is mission-critical. It still runs on manual glue.

Every case passes between people and tools that don't talk to each other, and nobody holds the whole picture. Business onboarding shows it most clearly: a different register in every jurisdiction, documents in different languages, and ownership hidden behind holding companies and nominees.

  1. Relationship managerCollects documents over email and chases what's missing.
  2. Onboarding teamRe-keys everything into a case tool, then waits on the relationship manager.
  3. Screening toolReturns name matches. Someone still has to rule each one out.
  4. Registry portalsSearched one at a time, with screenshots pasted into the file.
  5. SpreadsheetsWhere the ownership chart and the actual decision end up living.
70%of financial institutions lost clients in the past year because onboarding was too slow.
49 daysis the average time to onboard a new commercial banking client.
6 of 9core KYC steps are still done by hand.

When the rulebook changes, your workflow changes with it

Most compliance tools stop at the policy document or start at the alert. We connect the two. Our Regulatory Intelligence Layer reads what your regulators publish and carries each change through to the checks your cases run against.

  1. 1
Your regulators publishCirculars, rulebook updates, guidance and enforcement notices from every regulator you answer to, local and international.
  2. 2
Obligations are extractedEach new requirement is written out in plain language and linked to the paragraph it came from.
  3. 3
Your policy is marked upThe platform shows which sections of your policies the change touches and drafts the edit.
  4. 4
Your team approvesNothing changes until your compliance lead signs off.
  5. 5
Cases follow the new ruleChecks update, affected open cases are re-run, and each decision cites the clause that now applies.

Supervisory guidance on monitoring higher-risk customers

Obligation extracted: refresh higher-risk customer files whenever a material change occurs, not only on a fixed cycle.

Touches your CDD policy, section 4.1
Removed:Review higher-risk customer files every 12 months.
Added:
Review higher-risk customer files every 12 months, and whenever a material change occurs, including:
  • a change in ownership, control or authorised signatories
  • a licence or registration suspended, expired or revoked
  • a new sanctions, PEP or adverse-media hit
  • a change in business activity or countries of operation
  • activity outside the customer's expected profile
12 open cases would be re-checked under the new wording.

From rule to control to decision, the link stays intact.

Start where the work piles up

Every use case runs on the same case file and the same regulatory layer, so what you learn about a customer at onboarding is still there when something changes.

Business onboarding (KYB)

From a stack of documents to a decision you can defend

Our AI agents check what a business tells you against independent sources, trace its ownership to the people in control and decide the case. Your analysts step in only when the platform can't decide or your policy requires a person.

Every finding carries its source, and every decision carries the rule behind it.

  • Documents read in any format and language, with tamper checks
  • Every claim cross-checked against registers and global corporate data
  • Screening hits adjudicated, with the evidence attached
  • Ownership resolved to natural persons, through nominees and holding companies
  • Clear cases decided automatically, exceptions escalated with the work already done

Decisions you can stand behind

Every decision on our platform can be traced, explained and exported. You see what was checked, what was found and which rule was applied.

Our platform recommends and decides

Cases that meet your policy are decided automatically, within limits you set. Analysts step in only where the platform can't decide or your policy requires a person, and the record shows who decided and why.

Every finding has a source

Documents, registry extracts, screening results and web evidence are attached to the claim they support, with the time they were retrieved.

Ready for inspection

Each case exports as one file: evidence, reasoning, policy references and the full history of changes.

Your data stays yours

Your procedures and customer data stay confidential to your institution.

Questions compliance leaders ask us

Something else on your mind? Write to us at hello@nomixhq.com.

Which cases does the platform decide on its own?

You set the limits. Cases that meet your policy with complete evidence are decided automatically. Anything outside those limits, anything that can't be evidenced and anything your policy reserves for a person goes to an analyst, with the work already done.

Does Nomix replace our screening provider or data subscriptions?

No. Our platform works with the screening and data providers you already license, and adds verification, adjudication, decisioning and a cited case file on top. Where coverage is thin, we help close the gap.

Which jurisdictions do you support?

The platform is jurisdiction-agnostic by design. Rules, thresholds and checks are configured to the regulators you answer to and to your own policies. Tell us where you operate and we'll walk you through coverage for your markets.

Which documents and languages can it read?

Certificates of incorporation, registry extracts, licences, memoranda and articles of association, and shareholder registers, in any format and in multiple languages, including right-to-left scripts such as Arabic.

Do we need an integration project to get started?

No. Our platform runs as a standalone workbench, so your team can start without one. Cases can be imported from your existing tools, and deeper integrations are scoped with your IT team when you're ready.

Bring us your hardest file.

The ownership chain three jurisdictions deep, the memorandum in a language your team doesn't read, the screening hit nobody wants to close. Book a demo and we'll show you how our platform decides it.
